Orders on the site are subject to the required stock availability. Items added to your basket on the site will not be reserved for you, and are available for sale to other customers browsing the online store at the same time. When you have placed your order via the site, stock will be reserved for your purchase. However, sales will not be finalised until the order is dispatched. In the case of errors or omissions on the website Milltag Cycling Limited reserve the right to refund your order prior to the goods being dispatched. Milltag Cycling Limited reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases but customers will be notified and reimbursed for the full cost of the order.

Pre-orders

When you have placed your order via the site for stock yet to be made, your purchase may take up to 12 weeks to dispatch. We call off orders at the end of each month and production is then 8-10 weeks. Sales will not be finalised until the order dispatches. Pricing and taxes

Prices are listed without shipping or other services that Milltag Cycling Limited may offer. Milltag Cycling Limited reserves the right to change prices at any time. Prices are shown on the website in local currency where available, and otherwise priced in British pounds (GBP).

Prices on our ecommerce services are all consumer prices. Some territories (eg. USA) will not show prices including VAT.

All prices are exclusive of local import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The payment of such duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Pricing Adjustments

From time to time, Milltag Cycling Limited will run discounted pricing on specific items as part of a sale or promotion. Subject to the sentence below, Milltag Cycling Limited is happy to compensate the difference between the amount paid and the discounted price, if the item was purchased within 14 days of the commencement of the specific discount. Please note that we are not able to offer any refund if the same item (inc. colour/size) is not in stock on the site at the time of the request, or if the item was originally purchased at a discounted sale price or we have already provided a price match on the order.

Payment & Order Acceptance

Our payment system is powered by Shopify Payments, therefore we accept all major credit cards, such as below along with Paypal payments. We accept the following payment types on our site:

Retunrs & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 28 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items, which are not in saleable condition. 

Faulty items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded following evaluation by our Customer Services team. For the avoidance of doubt, faulty goods are classified as items that are received damaged or develop a manufacturing fault. Items damaged through general wear and tear are not classified as faulty. Faulty items can be returned within twelve (12) months for a replacement or a repair. If neither of these is possible, we will offer a refund. 

Products purchased as gifts can be refunded in full to the original purchaser. Milltag Cycling Limited are unable to refund postage on returned gift items. Gift exchanges will show on the order history of the original purchaser.

Order cancellations under the Distance Selling Regulations/Consumer Contracts Regulations For customers purchasing in the EU, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (“DSR”) for orders placed before 13 June 2014 and under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (“CCR”) for those placed on or after 13 June 2014, you have the right to cancel your order within a certain time frame. Milltag will honour such cancellation provided it is made within fourteen days of receiving your items.

For all order cancellations through the DSR/CCR, you are eligible for a full refund including your shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation request. However, you need to return your item(s) back to us in good time via a secure delivery service, and items must be returned in good condition.

Other Exceptions

Custom or personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged once an order has been placed. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all details entered for Custom products are entered correctly. Intellectual property rights Usage of the Milltag site grants you no rights to any copyright or intellectual property rights relating to the content of the site. All copyright is protected under national and international law. Any site content can only be reproduced or distributed with express permission from Milltag Cycling Ltd.

General

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation, and we will always notify you in writing if this happens, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these terms. This arrangement is between you and Milltag Cycling Limited No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms. Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect. If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these terms, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do waive a default by you, we will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that we will automatically waive any later default by you. These terms are governed by English law. Both you and Milltag Limited agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
