Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship our products to anywhere in the world.
What are the shipping charges?
To keep things easy, delivery is charged at two standard prices: UK (£4.95, 3-5 working days) and the Rest of the World (£14.95, 7-10 working days).
What is the standard shipping method?
All our jerseys are shipped via Royal Mail. Tracking numbers will be issued upon dispatch.
Payment & Ordering
Do the prices include tax?
Prices for Great BritainI include VAT. All other prices are exclusive of local import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
How do I track progress of my order?
Login to your account or alternatively email hello@milltag.cc and we can give you the latest information regarding your order.
When are products coming back into stock?
All our products are limited edition so it's best to email hello@milltag.cc to see if we are planning to re-order. Even if we have no official plans, we may be able to make you a custom order (minimum order of three).
Can you speed up my order?
As we make our products in batches at the end of each month, we can't speed orders up. We do sometimes have extra stock, which we can dispatch as soon as possible. These pieces are posted within a few days, and you will receive email confirmation.
My order is later than expected, where is it?
We're sorry. We work hard with our manufacturers to reduce delivery times and avoid delays, which we let you know about as soon as we know ourselves.
Returns & Repairs
What’s your return policy?
If for any reason you wish to exchange or return your item, we will be happy to swap (subject to stock) or provide a full refund including the cost of postage. Please be sure to return it unused and in its original packaging stating your request on a note within 28 days of receiving the product.

Can I get my clothing repaired following a crash?
Contact us first and we can discuss what may be done. We will ask you to send the product sent for physical assessment and if it’s possible we’ll repair free of charge, even if you've had it for a long time. Repairs usually take 4-6 weeks from receipt to our office.

Where are your products made?
The majority of our products are ethically handmade by a family run factory in Slovakia. We also make our screen printed caps in Italy. Tees and leisure items are printed in the UK.

Sizing & Fit
How do I make sure I order the right size?
Use our size charts to work out your ideal garment size. If you are unsure of the sizing your require, contact us at hello@milltag.cc and we’ll help you choose the perfect size.
For jerseys, gilets and jackets, unless stated ‘Pro Fit’, our jerseys are a standard ‘Club Fit' for most cyclists so if you are usually a medium in a t-shirt then a medium jersey should be perfect for you, although designed to be a bit more snug to avoid flapping when riding.
For bibs and tights, these are designed with stretch fabrics to fit snugly. Check your waist size with the charts and if you are still unsure then please get in touch.
