Ed founded Milltag in 2010 after several years as a brand and graphic designer. He continues to approve every product that leaves the factory with a Milltag logo on, including all custom kit to make sure it meets his particular design aesthetic. When not planning the next phase of the company, Ed clears his head by painting, drinking whiskey and of course cycling, though not at the same time.
Prior to Milltag, Pete began his career at MCA / Universal Music where he ended up as Head of Art. Having worked with the likes of The Stone Roses, Ocean Colour Scene and Black Grape he decided set up his own design studio before falling in love with cycling and setting up Milltag with Ed. An audax demon, where most people are happy with Sunday club ride or the odd 100 miles, Pete prefers the challenge and meditation of several hundred kms in the saddle.
Sullivan provides Milltag's Gallic flare, joining after several years working in Paris on projects for some of the biggest names in cycling - ASO, UEC, FDJ and Europcar. He decided to cross over the Channel to share his savoir faire and his joie de vivre with Milltag. When not working on the next collection, Sullivan is enjoying a glass of red wine with some cheese to help him to dream up our next collection.
A true cycling fanatic, Ross joined Milltag in 2019 fresh from studying Geography at university where he wrote his dissertation about the Tour De France, naturally. Ross is our resident all-rounder, managing the custom process, social media, copywriting and our logistics. He's also in his time at Milltag HQ turned his hand to modelling, shoot production, pub quiz host, barista, DJ, and courier. Whenever you get in touch with us, chances are you'll be speaking to him. When not at the office, Ross is most likely riding, watching football, searching for 90s Cannondale's on eBay or cooking up a new kit idea for Ravey CC.
