As the road cycling season has drawn to a close, I feel now is a good time to fill you in on all our latest happens chez Milltag…
Firstly, a thanks to all those who have made our second summer so much fun. Milltag would not exist without your custom, support, photos and ideas.
That’s not to say that we are done for the year, oh no, we’ve got a few more projects on the go which will have you forwarding links to family and friends in time for Christmas (sign up to our Newsletter on the homepage and you’ll be first to hear about them). We’ve got our Halloween special glow-in-the-dark Tee (below) that is only available till the end of the month. And, we will also of course be producing the “Draw a Bike” print and Tees (with all profits going to charity), expect these to be announced in about a month so you’ve still time to enter your drawing.
This week also saw our very own Pete Kelsey appear on The Bike Show radio show to talk about PBP. You can listen to the show here. For those of you who bought one of The Bike Show jerseys (and anyone else), there is an organised ride planned from London to St. Albans and back on Sunday 6th November (full info here). While on the subject of The Bike Show jerseys, I know it’s well in October now, but I am yet to announce the winner of September’s Owner’s Gallery jersey….Graham Faragher taking a well earned snooze in his TBS number. Well done. Send your pics to email@example.com and you too could win another jersey in October’s competition.
Now is probably a good time for all of you that may be involved in a cycling club that we are only too pleased to help design and produce full team kits, so if you are thinking for a change for next year, get in touch and we can help you get a kit that will have other riders blue with envy. We guarantee that you will not get better quality for your money!
One last thing before I go, a gentle reminder for all those about to get back on the track….
If you fancy a print of this homage to the Kubrick epic, let us know and we’ll get a few printed up and in the shop! Ed
