Delivery

We ship our products to anywhere in the world. To keep things easy, delivery is charged at two standard prices: UK and the Rest of the World.

All our jerseys are shipped via Royal Mail. We do not issue tracking numbers upon dispatch, but, if you don’t receive your item within 10 days, please contact us immediately and we promise to do all the chasing for you so you can go about your normal business.

Returns

If for any reason you wish to exchange or return your item, we will be happy to swap (subject to stock) or provide a full refund including the cost of postage. Please be sure to return it unused and in its original packaging.

Repairs

Should you find a fault with your Milltag product through normal use and it can be effectively repaired, then we will do so. Contact hello@milltag.cc and we’ll explain the process.

Repairs usually take 4-6 weeks from receipt to our London office.

Jerseys, gilets and jackets: Unless stated ‘Race Fit’, our jerseys are a standard ‘Club’ fit for most cyclists so if you are usually a medium in a t-shirt then a medium jersey should be perfect for you, although obviously a more snug fit for riding.

Bibs and tights: These are designed with stretch fabrics to fit snugly. Check your waist size with the guides.

Purchasing

Pricing: Prices for Great Britain and Europe include VAT. All other prices are exclusive of local import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email to confirm your order from Milltag and one from Paypal to confirm successful payment.

Promo Codes: If you are using a promotional code please enter it in the promotional code box on the basket page. The discount will automatically be calculated.

Errors and Omissions: In the case of errors or omissions on the website Milltag reserve the right to refund your order prior to the goods being despatched. Milltag reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases but customers will be notified and reimbursed for the full cost of the order. Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of Milltag products are correct. The colours shown on the website are a close representation, but slight variations in the actual product colours may occur due to different screen resolutions and browsers.
