With the new format Facebook pages, we thought rather than blow our own trumpet with our pictures, we’d like to use the space for new bike related artists and designers. A kind of ever-changing bike art gallery for up and coming artists if you like.
So, I’m pleased to announce our first artist is Edinburgh based Rebecca J Kaye.
“Born in Wales, I have lived and worked in Edinburgh for the past ten years.
My illustration style is colourful and bold, communicating literal meanings through simple visuals.
Originally trained as a statistician and latterly in creative advertising, I now split my spare time between illustrating, print making and cycling.”
Check out all her work at her site, she has prints for sale and they are very reasonably priced!

In readiness for the show and release of the jerseys this Thursday, myself and INSA directed a photo-shoot of the jerseys at the weekend to get your juices flowing.
Thanks to Tom and Dan for modelling/showing off your bike handling skills and Bernard for the great shots.
Only a few days to go before INSA’s latest show takes place on 10th November at 18 Hewett Street, London EC2A 3NN and we can now unveil our collaboration jerseys that will feature…
There’s a colourway there to match both the photographs on display, but also pretty much any bike colour imaginable!
Don’t forget if you are signed up to the newsletter you’ll get first chance to purchase one of the three jerseys of each colourway this Wednesday, before the show even opens it’s doors.
The designer and his pair of domestiques hit the boards of Manchester Velodrome for a session at the weekend. Insert ‘hope they went as fast as they have been heading out of the door here’ gag!
We’ve sold out of Mediums, but still have Large and Extra Large available. Get them quick though as once they’ve gone, they’ve gone for good! Click here to buy.
If you live in London, chances are you’ve probably seen INSA’s high heel stickers somewhere, although perhaps not covering a bike as in this image I was given on buying one of his limited edition fashion collaboration’s? Wonder if he fancies doing a Milltag jersey?
If you don’t know: “INSA is a fine artist and designer who has established himself from a graffiti background through extensive street level work and gallery shows around the world. Throughout his career, INSA has allowed himself to explore different approaches and outlets for his artistic agenda, including designing signature collections for brands such as Kangol, Kid Robot and Oki-Ni, as well as starting his own heel company ‘INSA HEELS’. He has undertaken many private commissions for clients such as Sony and Nike and was recently [...]
